The new video digs deep into the process founders and brewmasters, Marika Josephson and Aaron Kleidon, go through when creating a new beerevery month a half.

This Southern Illinois brewing company truly resembles our Illinois Made program,” said Cory M. Jobe, Director of the Office of Tourism. “These brewmasters create extremely unique flavors and provide the town of Ava a great place to have a beer.”
